Unscrupulous Credit Card Processo

Financial Transaction Services is a company I wished I had never associated with. I was with them 3 months when I noticed questionable charges deducted from the business account. I contacted the representative, Jason Reed, upon receipt of the statement. There was a $99.00 and $19.95 charge. I spoke with Jason and he advised he would need to speak with his manager. 10 days past when I called FTS again. I left 2 voicemails for a callback and never received anything. I decided at the end of the month, to cancel my processing and did so via email.
Then I started receiving correspondence and phone calls from Tucker, Albin and Associates, FTS' collection agency. Tucker, Albin uses such unscrupulous techniques from calling me a liar to threatening to garnishing the business account. They even hired a private investigator, Montgomery and Montgomery (Atlanta, GA) who has the same unscrupulous techniques. I do not know how these people sleep at night.
They alleged a balance of a little over $900.00 which I do not OWE!!! If anything FTS owes my business a refund of $109.00.
