Mr. Alan Burton from Northeast Protective Services never paid my final wages.

After I resigned from Northeast Protective Services in February Alan Burton told me that he was under no obligation to pay my final wages.

I took him and his company to court and I won the case.
Small Claim Court Civil Case# 12SO0734

A judgement was entered against them on July 6th.
An Abstract of Judgement was filed against them on August 16 and recorded with the Los Angeles County Clerk.

A writ of execution was also filed with the Beverly Hills Sheriff Department.

A claim was also made with the Los Angeles Labor Commissioner (Case# 06-105341 DG) and the final hearing date will be on November14.

A judgement lien was placed on their corporation with the Secretary of State as well as on any other property they may own.

I tried everything. I spent money in court fees, spent money for filing documents and still I can't believe that they can get away with no paying final wages to an employees. What kind of man does business this way?
