This was a rediculous joke of a study guide. I am not judging this with out the fairness of plenty of experience. I feel ripped off and will be very motivated in expressing my experience very loudly over the web. I feel that such a blatent deception requires the warning of other victims. There were too many errors to even attempt to explain how an HVAC system works to the author of the study guide, not to mention not 1 referance number matched up. This study guide was not even close to being worth money.
