Purchased this study guide and was unable to download the material. It was not advertised as an "internet" study guide it stated it had a 200 page study guide and several complete practice exams. This is a SCAM!!! I called the number they had listed immediately after making the purchase to advise I was unable to download the material and could not get a person on the phone. I left a message and to no surprise I have not received a call back.
