Is expanding their scam to Eddie Bauer accounts. Rip-off!

A member of my family recently recieved a postal letter indicating RJM acquisitions LLC had purchased the Eddie Bauer account and was now trying to confirm information for the purpose of collecting on an outstanding debt.

Some of the information was vague and they offered a discount for a lump-sum settlement. After scanning the web I found this website and thought i would add my experience. I intend to obtain a current credit report and compare it to one that was done in the past. At that point I will contact the Attorney General for my state for advice.
