Ripoff, dishonest, fraudulent Bismarck North Dicota

According to these people, I filled out a form to get these Diet Pills, and was suppose to call within 14 days to cancel. I have used my Credit Card on Various occasion thru the Internet, Suddenly I received these diet pills that are sitting at my desk, compliments of them for 30 days, I checked and was no Billing, nor charges to any of my credit cards. Later I received another shipment of the same box, same everything so I set it on my dresser, not knowing that my credit card was charged On 7/29/04 $58.90, then I receive another shipment of this shipment and left it on my dresser, thinking it was another compliment but on 8/28/04 I was charged another $58.90 to my credit card. I never look at my Credit card charges due to I know what I spend, and they amount that I charge is usually 50 to 100 a month.

Anyway, I look for my statements and there they were. I called the Company right away on Saturday but was closed so I called on Monday October 4th at 9:00am and spoke to a Ms Amanda, and was informed that those pills have a money back guarantee for 30 days, and that I could not return the two shipments that they had sent me for the months indicated above. I told her I was not satisfied and that I wanted for her to take my packages back, and said NO, plainly no, that they are not refundable. Usps package #9101066870882008301208 which is a package I received on 9/2/04 and I just called in today on 10/04/04, they told me I could not return this package either, I called on the 2nd on Saturday to see why I was charged on my credit card, but the offices were closed and on the 2nd, If I would have reached someone on the 2nd, I would have the opportunity to return this package, but because it was closed, and today is the 4th, I cannot return it and get credit for $58.90. It's not my fault it was closed. Now on package upsp 9101066870882008748355, this package was delivered on 10/01/04 and same thing, if they were open on Saturday for me to inquire on this issue, I would have been credited since it was within the 30 days they said. Please help me resolve this issue.
