They claim their purses are real but they arent and they refuse to return my email so i can get a return address so that i can return my purchase

I purchased a handbag from this website and i was under the impression from the website that the purse was a genuine coach handbag but was disappointed when i received my purchase and realized it was a fake. When i looked on the website for their return policy it said you must first email them to let them know you want to return your purchase and they will then give you the return address. I have emailed them three times with no response so now i am out of my money and stuck with a handbag i do not want.
