Unhappy with the handbag

The handbag was mailed from China, written in Chinese. Unable to send it back. There was no billing slip in the box and no USA address. I am unhappy with the handbag because it looked like a fake. The handbag cost $250.00 and they made it impossible to send it back because the return address was in Chinese. Please help me because I cannot afford this handbag and I want this purchase taken off my charge card.
