Direct Bill One Web ripoff fraud theivery deception

I recently received a bill from One Web Direct Billing in the amount of $30.00 for the viewing of a so-called "pay-per-view" website. A call was made from my pc modem to the UK (44-207-335-84) of which I was unaware. I went to the website and asked for the name of the website that was accessed and I received a reply from a "George" stating a website which neither my wife nor I have ever visited. I called their customer service number (1-800-550-9958) and was told by a recording that the waiting time would be extremely long (surprise! Surprise!) and to go to their website.

I have since replied to "George" that I have no intention of paying this bill and demanded that he block my line and remove my account information from their records. I will call the FTC, BBB, any state DA if this is not done (and will probably do so anyway). I know that this is a fraudulent business and I hope that the feds come crashing down on them.
