One Call Long Distance, on Behalf Of Navicomm, LTD ripoff, FRAUDULENT BILLING, on behalf of Navicomm, LTD

I received a bill from One Call Long Distance/billed on behalf of Navicomm, LTD, for Internet Website Access Charges. There are two charges listed on 7/20/05. One is 2 minutes for $7.68 and the other is for 16 minutes for $30.67. The times for these were 5 minutes apart. When contacting One Call about these they could not tell me what website was accessed, suggested I check out my own computer for this information. After informing them these charges had to be bogus, because there was nobody home at the time of day they say this was done and my wife is the ONLY who uses the computer in our house, they offered to settle for a discounted amount. I informed them I was not going to pay ANY amount because it was not a legitimate charge. They said they would note the account and put a block on this number. (But they could not tell me what it was for... Hmmmm. I wonder how they know what number to block) But they never said they would remove the charge.
