The OAN is an apparent organization which seems to have snuck onto my phone bill on Verizon and I have never once ordered any voicemail whatsoever. I certainly would love to know how in the world they got my phone number and who is responsible for such a billing capability.
I am very frustrated and am concerned about how anyone can rip me off when no such authorization occured for them to put on a $20.00 fee for any such service that I know nothing of!
