Sloppy Services! - Clothing Store

Having waited 11 days for my item to be sent to me and after spending £70 on my item, I was very excited to recieve my order, when I opened it, it was the wrong order. Having been my first time shopping with Hollister I find this extremely discouraging and overwhelmingly disappointing! Having already paid £10, a large amount of money for shipping, I expected fast accurate and effective service, instead I recieved sloppy service that has very much frustrated me. Having already paid for my item, £80 (which for a student is a lot of money!!!) I looked forward to having my item for the colder months, my confidence in the company is very much shaken to collapse. Not only is MY disappointment in the equation there is also the disappointment of the other lady whose order I now possess! It is safe to say I am very disappointed with my first interaction with this company and will NOT be buying anything from their website in the future after this experience of this service.
