Christian Dior sunglasses and shoe rack

After i made my purchase for Christian Dior sunglasses and two shoe racks on August 5, i read the complaints on this website which made me very nervous and anxious about this company. I called customer service on August 27th to see where my order was since i got the email that my package had shipped. The representative at BTR was extremely friendly and she told me that my order was to be delivered that day, within the normal delivery time. Because of all the complaints on here, i felt that i needed to say that my experience with BTR was very pleasant, the products lived up to my expectations so i hope that this does not deter a new customer from trying this business out. I would definitely order from them again:)
