Wrote personal check on account that was closed. Rip-off!

She lost key to her car. She called us out to make her a new key. After explaining to her on the phone BEFORE we came out that we did not accept personal checks she presented a check to us for payment. We accepted the check and the check came by with ACCOUNT CLOSED! Called woman up on phone and she hung up on us. Persuing through court action.
