Items added to order, order never shipped, credit card overbilled

Beware - upon check out, items were added to our order, in the "cart" (we were able to catch & delete that but it happened twice. Shoes that we ordered never arrived we were told they were no longer avilable (after 3months) and new shoe choice has also not been sent. Upon closer inspection, I realized they had over charged my credit card as well. Customer service is lame - no direct contact availble - no phone or email.
