ZeroWhite is a total mess from a booking and administration side. I have been dealing with them unsuccessfully trying to book at a convenient location that was shown on the offer. For the past 5 months this location has not been available - not fully booked - simply unavailable. When i asked them about this, they just said that I had to book else where, however i have been waiting patiently trying for months on end to book a place that doest require me travelling for miles and miles.
They are un-willing to book me into my chosen (and offered) location. They are now refusing to return emails.
I have used http://www.pearlys.co.uk / in the past and would suggest to anyone wanting to use this kind of service to use them instead of ZeroWhite.
ZeroWhite is simply appalling
