Intimidating sales persons, strong arm sales

From first contact I was lied to. I asked what the cost was and told it varies. Asked for ball park figure, same answer, Asked is it $100-$500-$ same answer. There are 3 prices beining at $4000.

Was talked into making an appointment the very next day 2/5/04 told person I was having foot sugery on 2/6/04.

Went to appointment filled out questionair, introduced to my "dating coach" Was asked about diviorce, past relationships, all of which were emotional. I was told about their service, and how I was exactly what men were looking for.

When told what price was, said I want to think about it, talk to friends, talk to parents. Reminded them I was having surgery the next morning and wanted to wait. She would have non of this, then she proceeded to insult me, I finally gave in and joined. $4600.00

The next day at 6:00am I was in the hospital for foot surgery. Needless to say I was not thinking of the 3 days given to cancell contract. When I got around to thinking about it I was told too late and could not get a refund.

I have not used ANY of their services and want my $ back
