Jeannie MacDougall of Interior Planning Resources scammed us and our architects!

Jeannie MacDougall was referred to us by our architect firm who suggested she has a "Modern Eye for Detail" We were designing a new restaurant in San Luis Obispo and really like her portfolio. After our intitial meeting with Jeannie she was going to put together "Sample Boards" and make a proposal for our project.

She missed 2 scheduled meetings only calling for one of them that she was not going to make it. After many delays and no return calls or architect who was overseeing the project called and said Jeannie dropped off a box and in a hurry said she was too busy and couldnt take on more work.

It would have been nice to get a call, letter or any form of appology to let us know but this is how she informed us. I am not one to complain and would never write a complaint about someone, however, one month later I get a bill for over $1000. I called her up and of course left her a message that was not in the nicest tone... But this experience gets worse...

I just ran my personal credit report and I see a judgement on my report!!! I have looked into this and she must have lied about serving me to get this into Small Claims Court!!!

I just want this to be stated for the record and to serve as a BIG warning to STAY AWAY from Jeannie MacDougall and Interior Planning Resources. Believe me their are much better designers on the COAST then to risk doing business with shady people.
