Ripoff decptive company with false promise that ripped of others

I received a letter in the mail claiming that I had been approved for a platinum credit card with a limit of $5,000 dollars in which at this point I have not received yet. Now after reading about others who received the same deceptive letter as I have I feel as though my privacy has been violated! The personal information that I sent in, along with my payment for rush processing for something I was promised is not what I was told I would received. Right now I am tring to find a way to contact the company to cancel my order and receive a full refund but without a phone number or e-mail address I feel I have been scammed!
