Your personal information isn't safe with these liars.

I have paid my loan by, check by phone every four months for the past 4 0r 5 years.

Recently I missed a payment due to I had forgotten it had been four months. Greentree didn't contact me, they started harrassing my hospice patient father-in-law. He told them they had the wrong number, and yet they kept calling and arguing with him. Finially Jeannie called him again and started yelling and threating him and gave him all of my personal information. But prior to that my 15-year old nephew had answered the phone and she yelled at him, even though he had explained she had the wrong number. When my mother-in-law came home from work she found a note to call Jeannie with Greentree, she called her and told her who she was and that she didn't have a loan with Greentree and yet Jeannie gave my personal information to her too. Not only did she give out my information to 3 other people, she lied.

I called Greentree and Jeannie was completely rude and didn't want to speak to me because I go by my middle name and she said I wasn't on the loan, to her disappointment she had to speak with me because I am on the loan. You would think if a finacial institute loans you money they would have your correct information. After she tried covering up her lies, she wanted me to speak to her so called manager, I believe his name was Adam or Aaron... He of course tried to cover up for her and say that they just received our loan and they had my inlaws telephone number listed as my home number, which is complete BS, due to the fact they have always contacted me at MY home telephone number. Then he turned the whole thing around and said I was partly to blame since my loan was late. Whatever! I do plan to contact an attourney. I also have a feeling that all of the money I have paid on my loan, has not been applied to my loan.

I find it amazing I have to give all of my information in order to speak with someone to recieve the interest I have paid for my taxes and yet Greentree calls up God only knows and gives out your personal information.
