A total scam!

IRI is a total scam. They take your money ($10,145 Total) They never answer the phone, it is always a call back. They produce a folder full of nothing that does not appy to your idea. They produce a brochure that is not worth the paper it is printed on. When asked to produce proof that they contacted manufactures, they will tell you that that infomation is confidential and will not provide any proof that they contacted a single manufacture about your idea. When signing the contract they tell you we are now patners, partners are suppose to share info not hide it from you. I was suppose to be represented at two or more trade shows, again when asked to provide proof, they told me i would have to take thier word on it, as they would not provide any proof of any representation. The web site that they create for you needs a special web address. They say that is only given out to the manufactures that they contact. Not very good marketing to me.

To sum it up, They take your money. Give you nothing in return that is worth the money they received. I have reported them to the BBB and the Arizona attorney general. IRI is a member of the BBB, so they pay dues to them of course the BBB is going to do anything for you. They are paid off! The Attorney General office keeps the report on file so when enough people get ripoff they might then do something.

What i hope from posting this notice is that i stop other people from being ripoff. Do the reserch on IRI before signing any contract with them there is so many articles of fraud agaist them on the web. More bad than good and the good is probably posted by IRI. Take your money, apply for you provisional patent yourself (it is easy the patent office is online) contact manufactures on you own and save your money!
