Wanting me to invest without any proof of patent, ripoff

I am a stay at home mom that has made an investment into Davison & Associate. I to have all ready paid the $685.00 with them. Richard the new product manager is now whating to have my family invest more money for the stage that we are at.

I have be given 4 options to choose from anywhere from $165.00hr. To 12,384.00 for what was told to me in the beginning on what the company would recieve when licensed, $10,421.00 with an additional 5% royalty, then $8,306.00 with additional 10% royalty.

Being a young family starting a new business oviously do not have that kind of money to give. So now what they are wanting is $1,00.00 for a good faith payment to begin with the 3D dicription and the provisional patent.

I am so afraid that by going to this website that this would be a big mistake. I talked to Richard today stateing that my husband will not move forward until he knows that my idea is a utility patent not provitional and that they send us the information to do so.

Richard will not send that and has informed me that this would be redundent. Do to the fact that you need a 3D decreption and explantion exactlly how this produce works. Which I have found out that that is not true on a provisional patent, all so that by the provisional your idea is not patent at all and that until you have a utility patent application in you do not even know if your idea can be patent or not. That there will be a patent search preformed and then you find out if you can even be patent. Which Davision did not explain to us, missleading me to believe that with the provisial we are completely safe.

What lead me to this site is that in the beginning I was told that the $685 would be for the patent search and why if that was already done that to get patent you would have to do that search again now that sounds "REDUNDENT". All I wanted to share was thats to you writters and this site you have help me not to rush and finacally burden my family.
