Ripoff dishonest fraudelent stay away from

I, too, am a victim of being ripped-off by this company to the tune of $11,170.00. All that has been said by other victims about this company has also happened to me. I was rushed into getting started before a big Hong Kong show; my invention was a hit; I could retire on it; I needed a full patent. All to the tune of 11,000 dollars.

So, I have not heard from them and supposedly I am to contract to their appointed attorney for the patent, but I have halted here because I have no proof of having my invention shown in any show; and I have not recieved my promotional matersials as promised per contract. I have tried calling and getting an explanation, but I get stuck at the gatekeepers telling me that these things take time... How about 2 years? Finally after posting a complaint with the USPTO website, I get an guy who obviously has the job of putting complaint fires out, and promises that he will send proof that my invention is and has been being promoted at the trade shows. Well, gues what? I have never reieved any of that proof. Here again, I agree with ALL that has been said about this company and am searching for a legal way to get ALL of my money back. We all need to band together and get the FTC to close them down. They ARE violating the 1999 law in more ways than one. Where is the proof that anyboby has gotten a satisfactory job done with these people. I am determined that I will get my money back. I am currently checking with lawyers to what I can do. ANYONE, please email me with ideas of how we can get our money back and shut them down for good.
