Pay or have your lisence suspended

I recieved a toll violation in Florida. Sun Pass did not replenish my account replenishing my account even though my credit card on file was fine. I was able to get them to go back and fix everything except one toll violation which was sent to Law Enforcment Systyms Collection agency. I tried to contact them after several hours finally getting thru to them and explaining that I did have a Sun Pass and that I should not have recieved the violation. There response was to pay it or my license would be suspended. When I asked if I could go to court on the violation to explain why how I had recieved the viloation in the first place tehy told me I had to wait for my license to be suspended and then go to court. What ever happened to being inocent or at least the opourtunity to plead not guilty. I think what they are doing is illegal. Im sure most of us have recieved a traffic violation at one time or another. You get the ticket and have the chance to plead not guilty and go to court. They informed me that I had to pay or my license would be suspended no if ands or buts. Once my license was supende then I could go to court. Pay now or your license will be suspended.
