Michael Lloyd retained our company to create a website for a third party. The 50 page website was
designed and launched within 3 weeks after the receipt of our initial retainer, representing 30% of our entire budget. He has refused, to date, to pay our company the remaining $1500.00 we are owed as per the contracted agreement.

The third party client paid $5000.00 (in full) to Mr. Lloyd. Michael Lloyd has refused
to return the client's $4000.00 paid to him in good faith for web services rendered by our company. He not only defrauded the client who paidi n good faith but has refused to pay the balance owed us who performed web services. Mr. Lloyd in addition negotiated the contract to recieve a 50% referral fee.

Mr. Lloyd is affiliated with a number of churches in the Los Angeles area and claims to be
creating/representing philanthropies; making his behavior even more despicable.
