I inadvertently ordered a program while attempting to find out the cost. Within a couple of hours the Matt Lloyd company removed $597 from my account totally depleting it.
I immediately emailed Matt Lloyd and explained my predicament, requesting a refund to my debit card. This was 11/November. I have had a response of it being "looked in to". I am totally broke and have not received my refund.
