Offers Full Package - Honesty and Competency - Yet Lacks In Both ripoff

Well, we too signed a lease (which is incomplete and likely non-binding) with an option to buy at 1 year (the entire "option" part of the lease is missing and was never seen nor signed). David Garden promised us that the house would be like a different place by the time we took possession... It was not. The house is in utter decay!

After doing research we even found that donkeys and chickens used to live on the property (in the middle of the city of Indianapolis). Every attempt we have made to contact David Garden have went unanswered - the typical bait-and-switch.

We were promised that new carpet would be installed - it was not - we now get to put up with the reeking smell of urine (human and animal). Only 2 windows in the entire house open, we were told those too would be replaced. I couldn't even begin to type in all of the dishonest, underhanded, morally lacking behavior this "business-man" has used to dupe us and apparently many other people... This time though, he has found that were not as naive as his other tenant's have been. We've now resorted to reporting all of these issues to Marion County to protect our rights and put a halt to David Garden's manipulations on other unsuspecting (honest) people like ourselves.

Do not use Garden Homes Realty for anything - not for buying, not for selling, not for leasing, renting or any other business activities - these are very dishonest people!
