Billed my card with no permission

I used their service which was (REALLY EXPENSIVE) back in May. I paid for a one time 3 month access to pet sitting services, we used the service and we OK. Then I was billed out of the blue today for $70 for what I do not know. The "customer service department" is closed for??? Now I have to fight with my bank for a refund. Beware!!!
