Comgateway Rip Off with Not specific reason and Complaint

First Time I Use Forwading mail service company, I used Comgateway For Forwarding My package That i bought From US sellers But I have a problem, because they judged me Due a fraudulent, but i did not do that, I have a problem with paypal that i got reverse-money from my ex-customer that bought my item from ebay. I explained all this problem to Comgateway but they still locked my account forever.

They Returned all my packages to merchant ok fine, I got refunds from merchant for that item returned Now after they locked my account i searching another company for forwarding mail. I Found hopshopgo. I do not know if Hopshopgo and Comgateway is related or maybe similiar company or same company, I signed up in hopshopgo after a few shipment is fine,

But now it is my problem I Got account Locked Again for reason that My Account is linked to My exaccount in comgateway, from there i knew that 2 companies is same. They judge me i have a problem with 1 merchant/seller. I emailed that merchant they Told that They never Call/contacted since my account at comgateway is locked.

I got account's locked because linked Under a same name? Ofcourse it is under a same name because I only have one name, I am a real person not a person that use fake identity to sign up account. Not specific reason. And about fraudulent i did not do that. I got limited from paypal but now my paypal is fine not limited again

Locked Account because Linked with another account that signed in Different Sites? This is a rules of what? If i have 2 accounts under same name in 1 site it's okay but it is in different sites?

I already paid for shipment, inside a package i have A gift for my father now They owned. It is rare item that i got from ebay. Seller only have 1 for that items now i Started to searchin another for Father's day gift. Sucks. They locked up my account after i have a few packages inside my account, why they did not close my account before I have a package?

I have emailed merchant that they judged me i have due a fraudulent to that merchant but merchant said they did not have any problem with me. For this reason maybe they want to rip me off but with non sense-reason they can locked your account with fraudulent judgement and owned your package. Smart a*
