My 83 year old mother ordered slippers through a flyer in the mail on November 7 - she sent a check for $28.35. The check has been cashed but despite many attempts to call them, she cannot get through.
It's a long distance number and she just gets put on hold and no one answers. How can they rip off old people like that, who live on a small income? I hope they find the bastards.
