I placed an order for a J.D. Marvel ad in the Sunday newspaper for two (2) pairs of Fleece-lined Suede Slippers.

The check to pay for these slippers and shipping charges was received and cashed by J.D. Marvel. I have not received the slippers I ordered and paid for.

As all of the transactions were done by US Mail Service, I will file a mail-fraud complaint against J.D. Marvel.
