Scum buckets!!!
A True rip off and a major disappointment. They authorizedservice calls that were small dollar amounts but did not pay the providers thebalance after the copayment. After more than a year into my policy my AC wentout. After 3 weeks of calls just waiting for them to authorize someone to comeout and inspect they had the contractor add the word valve to the diagnosis andthey said that is not covered. They would not even cover the diagnosis fee. Atotal scam, stay away from this company.
