Wal Mart Smart Style Hair Salon bad hair color and chemical burn on arm

I went to the Amelia, ohio Smart Style to get my hair colored and cut. The young lady took me right away the shop was empty. I told her I had just gotten out of the hospital and really needed my hair colored and cut and needed all the roots colored, she said no problem.

She applied the bleach and we waited a few minutes she took me to the shower bowl and rinsed my hair, told me to sit up and said oh no I didn't, t get all the color out and had me lower my head a second time.

She cut my hair and by then it was dry, but I still had very dark roots at the side of my head, she asked if I was on medication that could cause this I told her that I color my hair at home with no problem. / she kept apologizing and said she didn't know why the roots did not color, she charged me half price and I left, because I couldn't let her color it again for fear it would fall out.

I left the salon to meet my husband in the store, I told him to feel my shirt it was soaking wet, at that point I didn't think anything of it. We went home put groceries away and I went to lay down to rest. The next morning I found all kinds of little bleach marks on my sheets ($50 King size) they are ruined. Later that day I found a long line of stand up blisters down my arm from what I can only attribute to a chemical burn from the bleach.

I am very unhappy with the events of my day of so called beauty treatment. I will not go to a Smart Style salon again.
