Rip-Off almost 3 years ago just know finding out

I was checking in with my bank and they informed me of a $30.00 charge to my bank account from something called American Financial. So I called the number they provided me with and got Dameon. I asked who he was with and told him I had a charge to my bank account for $30.00 from his company. He said it was a quarterly account maintanence fee. I said what account I have no idea what your talking about I never applied for a card through them. He claims I applied back in 2005 stating that I athorized a $200 deposit on a $2000 line of credit. I explained that I never athorized such a charge and he says I'm on tape. I ask him to play it for me and he says since it was 3 year old account that my recording is archived and it will take 24-48 hrs. To find and they will call me back. I dont rember if I had a charge of $200 put I can say that if they have been charging my qaurterly then they owe me $200 plus $120 for 3 years. I'll probably never see it!!!
