I rented a furnished house to John Angell and he turned out to be a big con artist. Refused to pay the electric bill as his lease stated, refused to let me have entry. When I parked in the house in front (which I also own) he would come out, take my pic and call the police for harrassment on my own property. Police told him I wasn't tresspassing, he needed to pay rent or get out. Took the legal rout and for the first time ever I had trouble getting someone out. Found out he is a professional and doing this. DO NOT RENT to this man. I am going to loose thousands on him but have since found out he has ripped off other people way worse than he has me so I guess I should consider myself lucky. Oh wait, didn't get rid of him yet. DO NOT HIRE him to do any work for you.
