Sierra springs... Dswaters Charge bank account, with no service. Rip off money for no reason or Made up reasons

Be aware that Alhambra water or Sierra Springs, DBA DSwaters, will charge your account when they feel they need more money. Unknown to you, your account will be drained with no warning that they are going to charge some made up amount. It is not the same as a phone bill or electric bill. They take and do not provide a service. They claim you used water and you have no proof. They also charge for canceling service many weeks after you are tired of the ripoff charges to your account. I guess any company that wants your card number in advance should not be trusted.
This company reminds me of AOL in its practices of business in that you can not get them off your back until you loose money like a parasite sucks the life blood from you little by little. Now my account is zero balance, I can not pay for anything else i need. I guess i just purchased more air from them. Dswaters and all that help to steal from people will pay for this in some way some day. I will leave it to the lawyers in this life and The devil in the next.
You that assist in this crime to humanity will feel the cancer eating them. Those that feel they are doing a good job, should know they help evil.
