Dishonest, Fraudulent Billing, Charge for what you do not receive

Ordered service for water and coffe. 1 month later still did not receive what we had ordered. Caleed to tell them we wanted to cancel, and was told that we would be charged a $150.00 cancel charge? I wish I would off checked Rip_Off_Report before I ordered. Looks like other people had the same problem.
