Ripoff, received payment for items would not ship. Would not refund money

I ordered several items from this company. Gave them an electronic check for $36.96. After waiting several weeks I called them and they stated some items were back ordered. After more waiting I call and asked for a refund. They said they would refund the money and send it out. After more waiting called them again and they said it would go out priority mail. Never received the money. I got contacted my bank and after a great deal of effort I got a stop payment on the electronic check and got my money back. I'm writing to warn prople that this place is a rip off site.
