Ripoff Sent Money Never Received Item Said he would Refund never Received it

I purchased a huge lot of video games and accessories from mr Lewis. I Mailed him a Money Order For 360.00$ After a few weeks i never received the item and his feed back was dropping quick from other E-bay members leaving negative feedback. I E-mailed him and he said the items will be there any day now. After another week i e-mailed him again and asked for a refund since the product was not comming after waiting for 3 weeks.

Mr lewis said he would refund my money. A week later nothing. I E-mailed him again asking for a refund and he said "Sure Thing As Promised" After 2-4 Weeks I gave up and i tried calling him. I did get ahold of him and he said he sent me the refund (which i never Recieved) and he said he was going to go the post office Monday September 6th and check on the money order that he supposedly sent. And he would contact me and let me know what was going on. Its now September 22... I paid for the items in the middle of July and I still have not received Either the Items Or The Refund.
