Leaking Doors Will not stand behind work

Diamond Outdoor of the Carolinas does not stand behind their work. I purchased the building from them on 10/01. The first time it rained my building flooded in the right back corner. I contacted them several times through email and over the phone. They ask for pictures, so I sent pictures of a flooded building, latches, doors, etc. No Response. I called back two weeks later and this time they tried to tell me that it must be the concrete pourers fault (Which happens to be the owners cousin). They said we will get him to contact you. No Response. I have spent many hours vacuuming my building from flooding. I called back again and this time they said why dont you go to lowes and buy some rubber weather strips to put down under the door. So what your saying is after I spend 10k with your company, I will need to spend another $100 to fix a problem. No thanks. I have called at least once a week and it is now August. They wont answer the phones or return the messages I leave on the phone. Considering legal action now out of pure frustration.
