Dirty company

I paid $4537.33, for my garage. They put up my garage on 3-11-09 after theyleft i notice, i have to different roll-up doors. I called the company right after their workers had left, but their office was closed. I called the office the next day and complained about the different roll-up doors and was told that i would've to be put on a work order, so i was put on the work order that same day 3-12-09.
I called back the second time on 4-9-09, and was told about being placed on a work order again. As of 4-20-09 we still hadn't gotten an answer or call from this company, now there is leakage with the garage building. On 7-11-09 we finally receive a call from one of their workers not the company stating that they will be at my home on the next morning which is 7-12-09 @ 11:00 am, @ 10:50am i receive a call from worker saying their truck had broken down. Didn't receive a call on 7-13-09 the worker just showed up @ my home @9:54 am, didn't call @ all.
So, after waiting since 3-12 to get the right roll-up door put on my garage on 7-13 finally. The company decide to send not the door we asked for but the door they wanted to send, and their reason for this was that they no longer deal with the company that made that particular door, i ask you is that my problem? This company got my money & now they can get away with doing their customer any old way they like. I didn't except the door that they sent because it wasn't the door that we agreed upon & they still didn't fix the leakage in the garage.
