Non-refundable wholesale warranties

I purchased a long warranty through wholesalewarranties.net, in August. After I eliminated my RV, I asked about obtaining a prorated reimbursement because after I first purchased the RV guarantee they stated it had been completely transferable and refundable.By today, I'venot obtained a return.

I suppose a fool comes into the world daily, and sadly it had been my change. Anybody have any suggestions/suggestions about how I yet others may go to recover their deficits out of this apparent fraud?
