I requested many products within the amount of twelve months and each time I bought a guarantee, it took forever to obtain it and that I needed to contact the organization many times to obtain a hard-copy of my guarantees. You may still find two products I taken care of warranties for and not obtained stated guarantees... Despite repetitive calls to customer support and obtaining the runaround. Today their site has vanished and there's no option.
