Due to being behind in a 2nd mortgage (On time with the 1st mortgage) they lead me to believe that after 4 months of payments my 2nd mortgage could be forgiven and the rate n the 1st mortgage rate could be reduced. They use a Compay Meracord Services (pas@meracord. Ach.com) to deducted money from my bank account. Payments started 5/23 - 8/3. To date both mortgage are now behind, When I called they told me thaat what they want and I can't get my money back. I spoke to the following people Tiffany ext. 1023, Akrm ext. 1019, Lee Arthur, Senior Advisor Jessis Weisner ext. 1004 and Miles ext. 1034. This compay is a scam and i am trying to get my money back and not loose my house.
