This stupid company preyed on people in hard times on mortgage payments (ex: ME!!!) They said they could get my APR to at least a 3.5% for $1500 (bassically a mediator between us and the mortgage company). It should have only taken a few months and has it happened yet? NO!!! Now I'm in the process of filing a lawsuit against them and our mortgage company for not catching it. When the papers were sent to the mortgage company they kept saying "20-30 days you will receive your new payment info". That didnt happen either. So I guess we are at the point of no return and have to retain a lawyer for this matter since the company is based 6 states away...
