Globus International SRL Fails to deliver goods. Refuses to respond

The Evivo Baby Shrimp Ecosystem is sold through Barnes & Noble, and other retailers. For $35 you get small plastic fish tank (about the size of a baseball), rocks and other decor for inside. You then are supposed to redeem a voucher by going to a web site and filling out a code. My son bought this for my daughter for Christmas. He completed the necessary steps to redeem the voucher and receive the shrimp. Needless to say, after 3 months, no shrimp. I have sent multiple e-mails asking how to get the shrimp, and there has been no response. Waste of money.
