Sonny Impellizzeri Misrepresented merchandise

Purchased several saltwater coral from this store. Upon arrival packaging was insufficient; the bags the coral were placed in had burst and become exposed to air. Roughly five of seven coral were dead on arrival or shortly perished thereafter.

Contacting the company has resulted in 4 months of email containing reassurances of replacement, a refund was suggested on my part and it was refused several times. They no longer respond to my email and they have disconnected their phone number and refuse to divulge their new contact info.

They clearly still have a business running, their ebay account is there for all to see. Attempts to contact them through ebay resulted in the owner pushing the blame onto this persons fellow owner/manager (Sonny). Contacting Sonny brought another 40 email attempts to get a refund, which I have yet to receive to this day... Now over four months waiting.
