These people will take your money, and fail to deliver product. On Feb 19, my account was billed for $119, for live rock that I ordered. The billing agency was IMPLIX. Llc. Evidently, discount fish and coral is a client of theirs, and do the billing.

After waiting 2 weeks for my product, which never arrived, I contacted Implix, and they stated that a refund would be issued. They told me it would take 15 business days to process, and they assured me, that the money would be back in my account, by march 21. It is now the 22nd, and still no refund.

So, not only is discount fish and coral a rip-off, but also Implix. Llc. Stay away from discount fish and coral. This company has changed its name twice, in the last several months. Evidently, they have been ripping people for some time, and to escape harrassment from disgruntled customers, they change their name. Stay VERY far away from discount fish and coral!!
