No Product No Response

I ordered a bracelet on 8/7 from this company and have not received one response from customer service regarding my order, I have called the customer service number and left messages with no response. I called Paypal on 8/11 and they took my information and stated that i should wait a few more days and I will wait until next Wednesday for a response.

I am glad that I did use my credit card becaue if Paypal doesn't refund my money i will go through VISA and I am positive that I will have no problems at all there. I will also post information on usacomplaints.com so that no other person will order anything from this legit looking website this is the first time this has ever happened to me I will do my homework next time before I purchase anything from some off the wall company
