Charged my card. Never received order. Will not return my calls or email

I ordered a ring from Jewelry Hype over five months ago. I have not received the ring, any emails or any communication whatsoever. They did answer their phone once. The person said it had shipped, but I received no email that it had shipped. He said somebody forgot to check the right box on my order, and it would get there soon. It never did, and I have tried to contact them repeatedly by phone and by email. I'm out almost eighty dollars. Their web page says "Secure Checkout by: Yahoo!", so I thought they were alright. I was wrong.
